I’ve spent the last decade building companies - My last venture scaled fast, hit the INC 5000 three times, and acquired companies along the way. I exited in 2024 and now help entrepreneurs full time.
I've laid helplessly in the fetal position on my bathroom floor, picked myself up, and kept going. Experienced days where I received the worst news and the best news of my life within only a few hours. I've been sued. I've made millions. I've lost millions. I've had my best people abandon me. I've had to let people go, who I cared deeply about to save the business. I've received coverage from all the news outlets. I've navigated partner disputes. I've felt the flow state of having the right people in the right seats. I've lived the journey of saving a sinking ship.
I've felt the pain but I've also found the solution - now I help others find it too.
My purpose is to save founder lives - I've helped 100+ already, and plan to continue this mission - living a life of service to founders.
*Now I speak to founder groups all over sharing practical learnings to improve their lives and businesses.
My style is acquired - Real. Vulnerable. Raw. Every talk leaves founders with the tools to think clearly and make better decisions.

The right data. The right formulas. The real stories behind why we underpay ourselves—and how to fix it.

Each talk adjusts to the audience—EO, YPO, startups, or seasoned founders.
